IMPARTIALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT
KAVİ ENGINEERING (KAVİ MÜHENDİSLİK):
- Will attach maximum importance to impartiality and confidentiality in the inspection services it performs.
- All necessary resources will be provided for the best execution of inspection services, ensuring the continuous satisfaction of our customers, and keeping complaints at a minimum.
- Will not engage in covert or overt discriminatory practices by accelerating or slowing down the process for client organizations that apply for its inspection services.
- Will ensure that its services are accessible to all applicants whose activities fall within its operational scope.
- Access to inspection services will not be dependent on the client’s size, membership in any association or group, or the number of services previously provided.
- There will be no excessive conditions financially or otherwise.
- If any situation that could cause a conflict of interest arises during the reception of inspection client applications, service will not be provided to those client organizations.
- Will guarantee that its employees are free from all types of political, commercial, and financial pressures while carrying out its activities.
- All personnel involved in inspection activities will make their decisions without being influenced by any person or institution.
- KAVİ ENGINEERING exhibits an objective approach to parties in its inspection activities and has identified the necessary measures and approaches to eliminate or reduce risks for situations that could lead to a conflict of interest.
- KAVİ ENGINEERING has obtained professional liability insurance against potential damage or risks to third parties within the scope of its inspection activities.
KAVİ ENGINEERING:
- Commits that it will not perform the design, application, operation, or maintenance activities of the products being inspected.
- Commits that it will not offer or provide consulting services to its customers.
